FixIt is informational consumer-assistance software provided by Neal Technology Solutions. It helps you understand a message, bill, charge, subscription or letter, and prepares communications for you to review and use yourself.

FixIt is not a law firm, a financial adviser, a bank, a credit bureau, a debt collector or a government agency. Nothing FixIt produces is legal, financial or tax advice.

FixIt does not send messages, make calls, cancel subscriptions, dispute charges, negotiate or pay anything on your behalf. Every draft, script and question is for you to review, edit and use if you choose.

Please read anything FixIt prepares before you send or say it, and add your own account details where they are needed.

FixIt uses artificial intelligence and automated checks. Both can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Important decisions should be independently verified, and urgent situations may need professional help.

FixIt does not guarantee refunds, savings, fraud detection, a company’s response, or any legal or financial outcome.

Use FixIt for your own consumer matters. Do not use it to harass anyone, to impersonate a person or company, to submit material you have no right to share, or to access another person’s account or data. Automated or abusive use may be rate limited or suspended.

FixIt Free is provided at no charge with a monthly review allowance. FixIt Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, and renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What you send remains yours. You give us permission to process it in order to provide FixIt to you, as described on the Privacy page.

We may change FixIt and these terms as the product develops, and will update the date above. You can stop using FixIt and delete your account at any time.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived.
